I’ve worked in IT since 2012. I started as a PHP developer, and today I also work in operations technology for critical infrastructure, where systems are expected to stay up and data has to stay safe.
I bring the same habits to small-business projects: clear plans before code, testing before launch, backups after it. Because I work alone, you never get passed between a salesperson, a designer and a developer. You explain your business once.

A Starter website usually goes live within 2–3 weeks of receiving your content (text, logo and photos). Systems and web apps take longer; you get a timeline with your quote.
Your logo, photos of your business or products, and a few lines about what you offer. If you don’t have these yet, I’ll send you a simple checklist.
Hosting and domain renew at RM299/year. Or choose the Care plan at RM79/month, which includes renewal, backups, updates and small content changes each month.
Usually not. A web app can be added to a phone’s home screen and works on any device without going through an app store. If your project genuinely needs an app-store app, I’ll tell you at the consultation.
Yes. Once the project is fully paid, the source code and design files are yours, with handover notes so any developer can maintain them.
